*TIP* - Take the paper covers off of them. The book will look far more intriguing and tempt your guest even more to pick it up and thumb thru it.
An easy inexpensive way to make your place look good is to buy a killer coffee table book. You can find some really neat ones locally at Fred Segal in their home department, Hennessey+Ingalls, & TASCHEN. It really doesn't matter what the book is about as long as you enjoy it. You can find great books on everything from travel, architecture, furniture, Hendrix, Warhol, & the Kennedy's. The bigger the book the better! Don't be restricted to just displaying them on your coffee table either. They also look awesome on consoles, counter tops, nightstands, & of course on bookcases.
